  • Q1:Whether the products in site are authentic or not?

    A1:As you know, the authentic Moncler can only be purchased from authorized dealers. Our Moncler are high replicas, but we have a guarantee on high quality that you should expect, and they're nearly the same as the real ones!

  • Q2:What are the return and exchange policies?

    A2: If you are not satisfied with the item, please take a picture of the items first, then send it to our email for us to make sure, in7 days, you can return the item to us and we will make an exchange for you as soon as we receive it. Of course, we will not accept returns and/or exchanges if there is evidence that the items have been worn outdoors.

  • Q3:About cancel the order and refund.

    A3:If you want to cancel the order before we deliver the items, the bank will deduct the 10% of the amount as the service fees. If you want to get the refund after you received the items, we need to deduct 30% of the payments in the amount, because it is the credit card companies' handling charges from us.

  • Q4:Are all products showed in the website?

    A4:We are not putting all products on this site now. If you are expecting other styles which are not displayed here, please tell us which one you're interested in, and we will try our best to meet your requirements!

  • Q5:Are the pictures true or false?

    A5:All of the picture are in-kind taken by ourselves, the color phenomenon may occurred only in a few pictures; check them clearly before take the item into your chart.

  • Q6:When will my products be delivered?

    A6: After your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking information e-mail. You can track your parcel status in 5 days online with the tracking number we offer. Usually you can receive your parcel in 7-9 working days.

  • Q7:How to use a coupon?

    A7:You can enter a coupon code during the first step of the checkout process along with order information. Under 'Order Information', there is a field to enter a coupon code. Click to deduct the coupon amount from your order total. Email us if you have any problems using a coupon code. We will help you to retroactively apply codes to orders already placed after we have checked the coupon is valid.

  • Q8:What are my payment choices?

    A8:We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and JCB online.

  • Q9: What kind of currency do you accept?

    A9:At present, we accept US Dollars, Euros Dollars and British Pounds. If you are ordering from another country, your credit card statement will reflect the converted amount based on your bank's exchange rate on that day.

  • Q10: Do you ship your merchandise worldwide?

    A10:Yes, we will ship our merchandise worldwide by international express mail, and it usually takes about 7-9 working days for delivery

  • Q11:How can I pay online?

    A11:There are currently three ways to pay. Customers can finish online payment with credit card or debit card. This is the most frequent payment method. It is fast and efficient. We accept MasterCard, VISA and JCB. If customers don’t have credit cards available, or need to buy large sums of goods, we strongly recommend PayPal, but you should email us first for our PayPal account.   • Q12:Why does my tracking number not work?

    A12:In most cases, that means your order was just shipped. Tracking numbers can take up to 72 hours to be updated. Check back in 24 hours and the information should be updated. If there’s still no updating information in 48 hours, please contact us immediately.

  • Q13: Will my order be charged a customs fee when it was delivered?

    A13:Usually, your order will not be charged a customs fee, for it will be stamped as “gifts” or “samples” to avoid a customs fee. In seldom cases, orders from our website may be charged the customs fees by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other. Contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes.

  • Q14: How long will it take to receive a refund from returned products?

    A14:The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging, and we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund. This will usually reach that account within 7-14 working days. Timings will, however, depend on the speed with which your credit/debit card companies process the credit.
